Based at our High Street Head Office in Swindon, or Travel Head Office based in Holborn, London, you’ll spend the first five months learning all about Buying. It’s a chance to tackle a range of tasks such as reviewing ranges and meeting suppliers to get a grounding in the business. Next up is a two-month placement in a business area that is identified by you and us as being best suited to supporting your career progression. Finally, it’s onto a five-month placement where you’ll hone your project management skills overseeing an exciting live business project. This could be in almost any function depending on where your skills are needed most. You’ll get solid support and plenty of on-the-job training, plus a personal coach. Plus, six-monthly salary reviews mean that while your expertise grow, your rewards could too. In our business, fresh thinking can take you anywhere.

You need to be self-motivated and highly commercial with strong numerical and analytical skills. You also need a 2:1 degree (minimum), ideally in Retail or a Business-related subject.
