As a Teaching Assistant at Hall Cliffe School, you’ll have a key role to play in the development of our pupils. We cater for students with special educational needs, which means they need more help than most. You’ll work with individuals, groups and classes, helping children learn and develop. Working to boost their selfesteem and encourage acceptance from others, you’ll also support the teacher by monitoring pupils’ work. If your skills are well developed, you could take on more duties, such as helping with planning meetings, working without supervision and liaising with teachers to devise complementary learning activities.
Reward
We know you’re going to do great things. We offer a salary and benefits
package that’s among the best in our sector. In return for your hard work, you’ll enjoy a competitive salary, contributory pension (matched up to 5%), comprehensive induction and ongoing training, full school holidays
(including bank holidays), Medicash Health Plan/Employee Assistance, Cycle to Work and taxfree childcare vouchers.
