Engineering Apprentices learn about the nuts and bolts of our operation. How we get everything to fit together and keep it all working. You know what root cause analysis is or how to be a great coach? You soon will. With our support and training and you giving it your all, our aim is to make you a great maintenance technician, setting you up for potential careers as an Engineering Specialist, Maintenance Manager, Project Engineer or Engineering Manager. You’ll walk out of here with a Food & Drink Maintenance Engineer L3 qualification and then the rest is down to you.

Food Manufacturing Apprentices get to see the science behind how we make our world-famous brands. How we solve problems in Manufacturing, how we set our standards, how we coach others to keep those standards. It’s a two-and-half year programme, where you will gain new skills and get a chance to experience a bit of student life as you study at one of our learning centres. Oh and let’s not forget the Level 3 Advanced Food & Drink Process Operator Apprenticeship qualification you’ll take away with you!

Supply Chain Apprentices study the journey our products take – from raw materials, to the products you see on the shelf. With forward planning, problem solving and team work you’ll make our products’ journey from raw ingredients to on-the-shelf as smooth and cost-effective as possible. It’s all about doing things the smart way. Once you’ve completed your Apprenticeship, your career could take you all over the UK as you work towards becoming a Level 3 Supply Chain Practitioner.

Finance Apprentices at Nestlé are part of a team that are always involved in the conversation, so you’ll certainly never be bored. Your two-year Apprenticeship will see you move around different areas of the function, learning your trade. Much more than just an alternative to university, you’ll be working on real projects while being mentored by industry experts. Putting your knowledge into practice but still learning all the time and gaining a Level 4 Professional Accounting/Tax Technical Apprenticeship to boot.
