As Pastoral Care Manager at our brand new Hartwell School, you’ll lead the Pastoral team to help transform the lives of up to 82 young people with SEN aged 5–18. Educating, inspiring, engaging and realising their potential, you’ll have plans in place to see that our young people have dignity and respect and leave the school feeling proud of what they’ve achieved and what they’re capable of. You’ll ideally have experience of dealing with complex education needs within a specialist school setting and will understand what makes our young people unique and work to make a real difference to their social and emotional development.
