As a Registered Manager for one of our children’s homes, you’ll create a setting where each child can thrive and reach their full potential. You’ll make sure they feel happy, safe and motivated, take ownership of Ofsted statutory requirements and play an active part within the commercial team. Along with your experience managing an Ofsted rated Good or Outstanding children’s home and Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent, you’ll have the kind of judgement skills to make key decisions and inspire, develop and grow exceptional teams and the leaders of tomorrow.
