As an Area Operations Manager, you’ll:
• Have full P&L responsibility with a proven track record of driving profitable sales, managing costs and delivering against expected KPIs.
• Plan and conduct engaging, productive and sales focussed Business Development Reviews with your General Managers.
• Identify, nurture and support current and future talent within your pub teams.
• Operate your pubs in a safe, legal and complaint manner.
• Drive impeccable standards and service across your area.
• Build and maintain great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
